70cl / 51% / Distillery Bottling - A special single-cask release from Ardbeg, matured in an ex-oloroso sherry cask for 21 years. This is a single malt with bags of flavour that marries sweet and spice notes with a complex smokiness. There are aromas of Christmas cake, walnut oil and leather on the nose, leading to a pungent smokiness with notes of honey-glazed smoked bacon and toffee on the palate.
