75cl / 12.5% - With six generations of knowledge in the family, Aurelien has joined the business as the next generation, bringing a passion for terroir driven wines and natural viticulture. This wonderful blanc de blancs from old vines, made with no dosage, is wonderfully pure, bringing notes of wild flowers, chalk and green apples. This Champagne is a perfect aperitif, but it will also pair well with chicken, monkfish or shellfish dishes.
