Bepi Tosolini is a benchmark for Italian artisanal spirits, making everything from Grappa to Limoncello. The distillery is based near Udine, where Venetian charm meets Central European influence, and Friuli’s centuries-old tradition of artisanal distillation remains a cornerstone of its culture. Today, the fourth generation, Bepi, Bruno, and Lisa, carries forward this legacy, producing small-batch grappas and liqueurs that honour nearly 80 years of expertise. Using top quality Moscato grapes and Alpine water, Tosolini spirits use only the ‘heart’ of the still, to maximise purity and aromatics.
