37.5cl / 43% - Production at Capreolus distillery is all about capturing the essence of a fruit at its absolute best. This single vintage plum eau-de-vie is made primarily from Victoria plums from a single orchard near the Forrest of Dean. The stones are removed by hand just moments prior to distillation, resulting in perfect balance of delicate almond notes with intense aromas of prune and fresh plum.
