Capreolus Quince Eau de Vie 2023

37.5cl / 43% - The 2023-vintage eau-de-vie is crafted with British quince which though, finnicky to work with, produces extraordinary flavours. Around 25kg of fruit produces a litre of this triple-distilled spirit, which is full of fruity and floral aromas reminiscent of orchard fruit, rose water, lemon verbena and cracked white pepper on the nose.
