70cl / 40% - This VSOP Calvados from Domaine du Coquerel contains around 40 varieties of apples and pears, making it the liquid embodiment of orchard fruit. Its maturation in French oak casks has imparted aromas of tarte Tatin and white pepper on the nose, followed by notes of candied citrus, cinnamon and nutmeg on the palate.
