50cl / 47% - A 2007 Folle Blanche Cognac from Domaine Michel Forgeron that was matured for 14 years in French oak barrels, before being bottled in October 2021. Aromas of white peaches, pears, summer flowers, eucalyptus and vanilla fill the nose, complemented by notes of peppery oak, tobacco and cigar box throughout the palate.
