70cl / 42% - This rich and fruity Calvados from Morin was matured in French oak casks for a decade before being bottled. This creates notes of tarte Tatin, vanilla, coffee, dried herbs and thick cream throughout the palate, with lingering hints of earthy oak on the finish.
