50cl / 20% - H.M Borges was founded in 1877 by Henrique Menezes Borges and is now managed by the fourth generation of his family. To this day it is one of the smallest companies on the island. They still source all their grapes throughout the island and then vinify and mature the wines in Funhal in the traditional style. A pretty bouquet with hints of wild flowers, tea leaves, almonds and dried fruits.
