Salcombe First Light / New London Light / Non-Alcoholic Spirit

70cl - A fruity, aromatic non-alcoholic spirit inspired by gin, First Light is made with a combination of botanicals including Macedonian juniper, ginger, habanero capsicum, orange, sage, cardamom and lemongrass. The result is a citrus-forward palate with layers of aromatic spices and gentle herbs, that pairs well with light tonic, a slice of orange and fresh sage.
