Hernö Gin - 50cl is a classic London Dry Gin made from a base of wheat spirit with organic botanicals including Swedish lingonberries and Polish meadowsweet. The botanicals are macerated in the spirit for 18 hours before distilling, creating an intensely aromatic, full-bodied gin. Produced in the small Swedish village of Dala, this gin is a great base for sour cocktails such as the Gin Fizz, made with gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white. It also makes a cracking Hanky Panky, which contains gin, sweet red vermouth and Fernet-Branca.
