Our Seaweed Gin is a savoury gin, originally designed to complement seafood. It is a garden herb led gin which we infuse with organically sourced seaweed once it has been distilled. This gin is perfectly suited to martinis, dry or dirty. It can also be enjoyed with a Mediterranean tonic and a sprig of rosemary or olive, or with a slice of lemon. Suitable for both men and women.
