The Hinemos JuichiJI is a refined sake with a refreshing aroma of fresh banana and muscat grapes, and a delicate flavour. It features a juicy nose of fresh bananas and pears with creamy marshmallows. This is a soft, delicate and light sake followed by a distinct rice umami in the end. It's perfect as an aperitif, especially with a pear and walnuts salad, prosciutto or shira-ae. Serve chilled at 8-12°C and store in a dry and cool place.
