Product Description

The Sanrensei Junmai Ginjo (White) Yamadanishiki is a junmai ginjo sake made with Yamadanishiki rice from Shiga prefecture. It has been pasteurised only once, giving it a perfectly balanced intensity of aroma and taste. The nose is pleasant with notes of green apple, steamed rice, and a hint of strawberry blossoms. This clean, dense, and dry sake has an aftertaste of fresh herbs and spices. It pairs well with grilled fish, fish cakes, hummus with vegetables, and nabe (hotpot dishes). Serve chilled at 8-12 degrees Celsius. Made by Mifuku Brewery in Shiga prefecture, this sake is 17% ABV and has a rice polishing rate of 55%. Ingredients include water, Yamadanishiki rice, koji, and yeast. Suitable for both men and women.
