Sincere Barrel Aged Gin

70cl / 47% - This barrel-aged edition of Sincere's gin takes the brand's organic Pure Gin as its base, and ages it in bourbon casks for 45 days. Made from a sugar-cane base, and with locally harvested botanicals including lemongrass, cloves, cinnamon and the indigenous congorosa, this is a rich and herbaceous gin with notes of juniper and citrus and whisky-like flavours.
