Handcrafted by Distillers of Surrey in the village of Ripley, Sherlock & Sons was founded by head distiller Simon Sherlock to make small-batch, artisan spirits with community at their core. The Solstice Edition is a London Dry Gin built on eight delicately balanced botanicals, led by a classic juniper core, elderflower florals and zesty pink grapefruit..
