Distilled using traditional copper pot methods, the English Heritage Victorian Spiced Gin has been expertly created by The British Honey Company Head Distiller, Marzio Di Rocco, working alongside English Heritage head gardeners. Created by blending sixteen botanicals including juniper, coriander seed, lemon, orange and mandarin peel, thyme, bay leaves, black pepper, cayenne pepper, long pepper, nutmeg, mace gloves, ginger, cinnamon, bitter almond, liquorice and borage honey, this gin has a burst of juniper and citrus followed by spicy floral fragrances. It delivers a delightful finish with hints of black tea and warm spice.
