This gin is patiently aged in port barrels in the cool conditions of the cave, whispering with Dan Yr Ogof's history. The water, rich in raw minerals from the rock, is hand-collected from a source deep within the caves to enhance the final flavour. Cask aging produces a complex, smooth and rounded blend of floral and citrus, balanced by the mineral rich cave water, followed by hints of vanilla and red fruits from the port casks maturing in the historic Dan Yr Ogof caves. This limited edition gin is matured in cask and cave for six months. Enjoy it 'on the rocks' or paired with a premium tonic, garnished with citrus.
