A delicate yet distinctive gin, created as part of Hawkridge's Ashdown Series - a tribute to Aldred's victory over the Danish Vikings. Meadowsweet, elderflower and hand-picked wild gorse are distilled along with a dash of home-made honey, all contributing to its crowning as the 'Best English London Dry Gin' at the World Gin awards in 2021.
