The lees are created and distilled at Chiyomusubi Sake brewery, Tottori prefecture. This gin has an intense aroma combining sweet and woody scents with lavender, subtle citrus, herbs and spices notes. Its taste is well balanced with a unique blend of cardamom, pink peppercorn, citrus flavours and Sichuan pepper on the finish. Enjoy the delicate taste of juniper berries following each sip.
