70cl / 45.7% - This Chinese gin has been aged for three months in French oak barrels that used to hold Pinot Noir from Napa Valley. The nose offers aromas of Szechuan peppers, cinnamon and zesty lime. The character of the oak becomes apparent on the palate with notes of vanilla, cherry, caramel and floral peppers.
