Distiller Wilfrid Shon uses only the most luxurious botanicals for this 16-ingredient gin. Whether it's piney Italian juniper, aromatic Egyptian coriander or fragrant Turkish cumin, each flower, berry, root & seed is hand-crushed before steeping.. To maximise the intense flavours, the mixture is then left for 13 hours to macerate, before being added into one of the 25L Copper Stills. The Gin is then vapour-distilled through a botanicals’ basket, housing kibbled Ginger, Cranberry, Lemon Peel & Grapefruit Ribbon.. Each bottle is then filled and sealed by hand to ensure the warming spices distilled into every drop of Zummit Dry bring a splash of the Orient to your glass..
