Tiptree English Quince Gin Liqueur, 35 cl

Those Wilkin & Sons folks are back at it with this Tiptree English Quince Gin Liqueur. Quince is often used in jams and conserves, and now the orchard fruit has taken a boozy twist! The autumnal tipple is made with quinces from the Tiptree farm in Essex, and the end result is a satisfyingly sweet and tart liqueur. Step it up a notch and splash into a glass of Prosecco, and voilà! You have a quince Gin Royale. Or even just sip alongside a lovely cheese board, in place of a quince jam. ###Product DescriptionThe first ‘Tiptree’ conserves were made in 1885 on the Tiptree estate and are still made here to this day. Fruit crops include strawberries, loganberries, mulberries and damsons to name but a few. Our signature fruit is the Little Scarlet strawberry, a tiny wild variety, originally brought to the UK by the Wilkin family in the early 1900's.
