Emilien Alloucherry La Scene 2019 Champagne

75cl / 12.5% - Although the estate goes back four generations, Emilien is new to the scene. She makes this wine with 100% Chardonnay grapes and ages in oak and sandstone amphora. On the nose this wine is very pretty indeed, with apple blossom, a hint of cinnamon toast, pine nut and pine resin. The palate is absolutely beautiful with a lovely linear character – hints of yuzu and white blossom come through on the finish.
