Product Description

75.5cl / 57.1% - An extra-special bottling of Matthew Brown’s Very Special Rum from the 1970s. Matthew Brown was a British brewery founded in Lancashire in 1830, which also imported and blended rum. In 1977 the company created this Very Special 12 Year Old Rum to celebrate the Queen's Silver Jubilee. It’s a weighty blend of rums from Guyana and Jamaica and is bottled at 100 proof, which will have helped it keep its character over the decades it has spent in glass. A must-have bottle for rum enthusiasts.
