70cl / 48.5% / Thompson Bros - This pot-and-column distilled rum from Thompson Brothers was matured for 23 years in a refill barrel. It has herbaceous aromas of eucalyptus, rosemary, chamomile and olive oil on the nose, which is followed by notes of Normandy cider, tobacco, more olive oil and rubber tyres on the palate.
