Mapmaker's Coastal Spiced Scottish Rum

Created by Dunnet Bay Distillers as a tribute to the 17th Century cartographer Timonthy Pont, who diligently mapped the Scottish coastland. Master distiller Kevin twice distils his unique rum in bespoke copper pots, and blends with Premium Caribbean rum, Loch Calder water, and incredible local botanicals - scurvy grass, sea kelp, Scottish sea salt and citrusy lemon verbena. Notes of banana, salted caramel and peppery spice. Serve over ice with a twist of orange peel. 40% ABV.
