70cl / 57% - This Guyanese rum from El Dorado is a marriage of two exceptional rums distilled in 2012. The LBI or ‘La Bonne Intention’ portion was produced using a four column French Savalle still and the DHE or ‘Diamond High Ester’ rum was made in the John Dore double retort pot still, adding a punch of tropical fruit.
