Providence Dunder & Syrup Single Traditional Pot Still Rum

70cl / 56% - The second rum to be produced by Distillerie Port au Prince, Providence Dunder and Syrup is made using sugar cane syrup and "vinasse" - known as "dunder" in English - from previous runs. The result is aromas of guava, honey and burnt sugar cane that fill the nose, complemented by notes of smoked meats, red fruit, thyme, almond and garden herbs throughout the palate.
