70cl / 63% - From the mind – or should we say, heart – of renowned master blender Joy Spence, the Hearts Collection is dedicated to single marque rums distilled with a Forsyth pot still at the Appleton Estate distillery in Jamaica. Blended from 13 casks distilled in 1993, this expression was aged for a minimum of 29 years, releasing aromas of vibrant nutmeg, cinnamon and gentle mint with butterscotch, toasted oak and honeyed vanilla on the palate.
