Foursquare Distillery Doorly's XO Rum 70cl, Barbados

Perfect for sipping or adding to cocktails, this complex rum is smooth and full of flavour. Based on the Caribbean Island of Barbados, the Foursquare Distillery has been producing rum since 1926. Sugarcane has been growing here for many years and was a key part of trading in the 1600s. Now, it’s affectionately known as the ‘home of rum’. Doorly's XO is produced by fermenting molasses, then distilling it in a copper pot still. Most of the rums made by Foursquare Distillery are matured in ex-bourbon casks and American white oak, as well as Oloroso Sherry casks, giving the rum its delicious fruit character. Rich and complex, expect flavours of toffee, vanilla, mocha, liquorice, and subtle hints of Sherry.
