This traditional Gold Rum is a great smooth-sipping rum made in Cornwall. 100% single pot distilled Cornish rum with the sugar and vanilla notes dialled back to allow the essence of the spices to shine. Carefully oak-aged to give a smooth flavour. A perfect sipping rum.. "The nose starts off with tropical pineapple, mango and slightly overripe generic tropical fruit. Rosemullion’s products are natural and don't use colouring, so some natural colour variation will exist between batches. The distillery remains dedicated to the ethos of running a true artisan operation, distilling in batches of just 300 to 500 bottles.. Rosemullion rum is fermented from molasses and distilled in a copper-pot still that helps retain essential rum flavours.  This is followed by oak-aging for a smooth profile..
