70cl / 55% - To mark the distillery’s 320th anniversary, Mount Gay began growing its own sugar cane once again. Master Blender Trudiann Branker aimed to reintroduce a sense of terroir to the estate, reviving a practice not seen since 1970. Edition 4 is made from the 2019 harvest, distilled in their double pot still, and aged for five years in ex-bourbon casks.
