70cl / 62% - The very first rum from Taiwan’s Renaissance distillery to land in the UK, this single cask expression was bottled exclusively for customers of The Whisky Exchange. It’s an intensely aromatic spirit, packed with all the big tropical fruit notes we love to find in pot still rum. Finishing in a single fino sherry cask brings great umami and a distinctly herbal edge to a palate of banana, pineapple and mango.
