70cl / 66.1% - A 1996 Caroni rum from the fifth release in the Caroni Employees series, that honours Roopnarine "Roop" Toolsie, who worked at the distillery for six years. A combination of four casks matured entirely in Trinidad & Tobago, this rum was bottled in 2021 with notes of tropical fruit, rich spices and sweet vanilla toffee.
