Sho ZUISEN 40° is an awamori made using the three distillation process. It was jointly developed by 12 breweries. One of its characteristics is its peach, pear and banana aroma. On the palate, the gentle sweetness of the koji rice is prominent. Highly recommended with tonic water. This unisex product is best stored in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight. It is produced by Zuisen Shuzo brewery in Okinawa prefecture, Japan.
