Product Description

Oyama 'The First' Ultra-Premium Japanese Umeshu is a blend of plum wine made from Ohshukubai plums and five-year-old spirits produced by Rokuchoshi Shuzo, located in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture. Ohshukubai plum is an exceptional variety, particularly well-suited for the production of plum wine. The base alcohol of this plum wine is a five-year-old spirit fermented from rice, commonly referred to as Shochu or Kuma Shochu. The aroma of aged rice shochu harmonizes beautifully with the fresh scent of one-year-aged plum wine, creating a refreshing flavor. This item is produced in limited quantities, with only 1,000 bottles available each. It is a unisex product, suitable for both men and women.
