ZAKU Miyabi-no-Tomo NAKADORI is a junmai daiginjo sake. Only the clearest, middle section of the pressed 'Miyabi no Tomo' sake is bottled. The nose is full, fruity and rich. On the palate, its delicate, clear, and elegant taste combines with the aroma, yielding a deeply satisfying experience. It pairs well with meat dishes such as wagyu beef or salt-seasoned steak, and Spanish cuisine like garlic prawns or other prawn-based dishes. Serve chilled (8-12°C) and store in a dry and cool place. This sake is made by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten in Mie prefecture, Japan, using Yamadanishiki rice, koji, and yeast.
