Uruapan Charanda Blanco Pure Single Agricola Rum / Casa Tarasco

70cl / 46% - Michoacan’s unique terroir is what makes Charanda a sub-category of Mexican rum – it uses Sugarcane as its base, which is grown in volcanic soils at high altitude. Its juice is then fermented in wooden vats and distilled to create an Agricola, which has bright floral and fruity notes reminiscent of roasted plantain and dahlia.
