Clase Azul San Luis Potosi Mezcal

70cl / 43% - This mezcal was made from agaves grown in the deserts of San Luis Potosi, its bottle colour is inspired by the red finches which populate the Mexican state. There are full-bodied notes of roasted agave, burnt sugar, mixed herbs, stewed plums and honeysuckle on the palate.
