Cascahuin Blanco Tahona Tequila

70cl / 42% - A blanco Tequila from Cascahuin made using a rock wheel – known as a tahona – to extract the juices from cooked agaves. This traditional method is not the most efficient, but it is employed out of the belief that the secret to great Tequila lies within the wheel. The resulting spirit has sweet and herbal notes of agave that give out refreshing aromas of mint and citrus.
