Revel Avila Silver Tequila

75cl / 40% - This Tequila from Revel Avila is made by cooking Blue Weber agave in stone-lined pit ovens – more commonly used in the making of mezcal. A chimney is built into the pit, to remove any smoke from getting into the spirit. The cooked agaves are then fermented and triple distilled, resulting in a blanco Tequila with hints of citrus and juniper, complemented by notes of white pepper and lemongrass on the palate.
