70cl / 40% - A reposado mezcal from Ilegal, aged for four months in medium-charred American oak casks, imparting a rich caramel character to the mezcal's light smoke. You can expect notes of caramelised pear, bitter orange, clove, butterscotch and hints of vanilla on the palate.
