70cl / 38% - Gattertop Spirits Co No.7 Botanical is an orchard-led botanical vodka infused with seven locally-sourced botanicals from the ancient orchards, hedgerows, fields and gardens of Gattertop. Damson and apple blossoms, elderflower, basil, lemon, rosemary and nettle are distilled in small batches and infused into the vodka, creating a delicately floral character that works well on the rocks or in a Martini.
