This single cask was selected for the Lost in Time series at a point in its maturation where the rarely glimpsed distillery character truly shines. At 32-years-old, It displays notes of gooseberry, fresh cream and flaky pastry, with notes of cured meat and dark chocolate, gained through extended ageing, underpinned by green orchard fruit.
