Barrell Dovetail Whiskey American Whiskey

75cl / 62.7% / Distillery Bottling - Named after the woodworking technique that joins two pieces of wood together in an elegant and robust fashion. This whiskey was finished in both ex-Cabernet casks and ex-blackstrap molasses rum casks. You can expect aromas of panna cotta, walnut oil and grapefruit on the nose, leading to notes of dark chocolate, cola cubes and tarragon.
