Frey Ranch Bottled in Bond Rye Straight Rye Whiskey

75cl / 50% - This bottled-in-bond rye whiskey from Frey Ranch was produced with 100% winter rye and aged for a minimum of five years. It has aromas of ryebread and caramel that fill the nose which leads to notes of butter, freshly chopped ginger and a light dusting of ground black pepper on the palate. There is a velvety texture to the spirit with some pokey spice that linger on the finish.
