70cl / 52.7% / The Whisky Exchange - This single malt was bottled exclusively for Whisky Show 2023, produced at an undisclosed distillery on Orkney and matured in a refill hogshead for 22 years. Aromas of sooty citrus, barbecue sauce and fresh ginger on the nose, leading to notes of heather, honey, tightly wound tinder and a well incorporated peat smoke on the palate.
