The Whistler Small Batch Irish Whiskey and Honey Liqueur

70cl / 33% - A honey liqueur with Irish whiskey at its heart, this is a collaboration between beekeepers of the Cooney Family – the second largest cider producer in Ireland – and Boann distillery. A perfect pairing with aromas of honeycomb, toffee apple and shortbread on the nose, followed by nectarine, and candied lemon peel on the palate.
