Fielden Harvest 2020 Rye Whisky is a stunning English Rye Whisky made with heritage grains and using regenerative farming techniques. Good for the planet, great in the glass.. A whisky that’s smooth and warming like a spiced sticky toffee pudding.. Nose: Soft layers of apple strudel, banoffee and roasted lemon. Hints of raspberry leaf and thyme. Palate: Creamy and flaky pastry, biscoff, and malted cereals. Caramelised nuts and toasted grain. Finish: Warming ginger and cinnamon with a gentle trace of cardamom and cumin. This is a limited edition single year harvest from 2020.. Fielden takes a regenerative and sustainable approach to growing the grain that goes into their whiskies. This means using heritage grains, grown in clover, and without chemicals. It’s a more sustainable way of farming that’s better for the soil, the grain and the wildlife.
